multiple phone calls daily - 2 or 3 times a day. once picked up phone and very rude man on the other end told him to stop calling - calls stopped for 2 days and then resumed again - 6 days a week!!

now calls every day at 6:40 PM every morning between 9 and 9:30

said that i had a grant for 7000 and that i would receive it aftere i payy 199 via western union. I went to western union paid it and tha total was 209. She assured me that i would be getting 7199 in total in 45. 45 Minutes passed and i never received a call. I called her back and she that the lines were so bissy because there are about 1500 people who have been selected and is all doing this transaction at the same time. She told me give the computer techs 24 hrs and it will be there and told me not to worry. 24 hrs passed and no one called nor is answering, i have no money and i just wasted 209 dollars on nothing. I really did need that grant for school. I know next time

I question a charge on my VC what was purchased.
